The founders of Sichuan Yijiahe International Trade Co., Ltd. were all born in the Sichuan Basin, where the local mountain areas nearby are rich in Konjac resources, and where the quality is the best! Mr. He, as one of the founders of Sichuan Yijiahe International Trade, graduated from Sichuan Agricultural University with a degree in Food Science and has unique insights into food and nutrition. When he learned about the multifunctional benefits of Konjac, such as reducing blood sugar, blood lipids, blood pressure, dispelling toxins, nourishing the skin, promoting blood circulation, aiding weight loss, and facilitating bowel movements, he was overjoyed. He visited a prominent Konjac professor in Chinese universities to learn about specialized knowledge in Konjac, and after completing his studies, he resolutely returned to his rural hometown to help local villagers cultivate Konjac on a large scale.
In 2004, he established the only Konjac glucomannan processing factory in Mianyang, with products mainly sold domestically and to Southeast Asian countries. As the health benefits of Konjac become increasingly well-known, the demand for a variety of Konjac products also grows. Mr. He has put considerable effort into research and development, and in the past nearly 20 years, he and the R&D team have developed over a hundred healthy konjac food products, including shirataki rice, Konjac noodles, Konjac tofu, shirataki spaghetti noodles, konjac vermicelli, Konjac fettuccine, Konjac angle hair, Konjac knot, organic shirataki with oat fiber, konjac seaweed noodles, spinach konjac noodles, konjac noodle soup, shirataki udon, Konjac snacks, Konjac-based vegetarian foods, Konjac cup noodles, vegetable-flavored Konjac noodles, freeze-resistant Konjac noodles and Konjac rice, shirataki dried rice, and dried konjac noodles.
