How Shirataki noodles are made in our factory?

Before we enter the Shirataki Konjac production workshop, we need to wear clean and tidy work clothes or visiting clothes, then wash and disinfect our hands, and blow dry. Here, we will also ensure that everyone's hair is arranged in a hat, and no any other things that are not related to konjac food production are allowed inside.

Then we enter this "air shower room", in which individuals pass through before entering our Konjac food production workshop.

This process helps:

1.Prevent cross-contamination between different production zones.

2. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for food safety.

3. Maintain a clean, hygienic environment for high-quality food production.

At this workshop, we mix the Konjac flour with water, At this workstation, use hot water to refine it and shape it into various predetermined shapes of konjac noodles or shirataki rice, then cut it into the length we need, and soak it in a tank to adjust the PH value.

Next, we manually weigh according to the order requirements and packing it automatically.

Every hour we also have our QA team who randomly check products on the production line to test whether the weight of each package meets customer requirements and whether the seal is 100% sealed.

After the metal detection, all of our konjac products will be thoroughly sterilized on the pasteurization line, we use the best advanced pasteurization equipment to make sure each pack is thoroughly pasteurized. And after pasteurization, we use running water to wash the surface of each bag and dry it automatically with our machine.

Here in the Konjac knots room, Workers are making Konjac Knots manually. They weigh each knot carefully and make it into beautiful knots shape and then pack it into bags or boxes. Konjac knots are getting more and more popular among Asian countries, especially in China and Japan, where people often cook it in hot pot.

After the bags and boxes are dried, we carefully do light-checking for each bag to make sure that each package of products is free of any foreign objects. And then our workers pack the shirataki noodles and sauces if it's required with outer bag. In order to satisfy different requirements of orders (Like different flavors, with different sauces), they are divided into different groups to do packing.

And then we pack our finished products carefully and stock it in our finished products warehouse to observe for at least two days to ensure no packaging is leaking or have any quality issues and then load them to trucks, then deliver it to our esteemed customers. Our QA team will also do random checking at the last station too to make sure all of our products are qualified to be delivered.
