Our konjac planting base is located in Sichuan, a semi-shady, warm and humid place, where we grow the best quality of konnyaku. The soil is deep, loose and fertile, rich in organic matter and humus, neutral to slightly acidic, which is very suitable for the growth of konjac. The base is equipped with advanced irrigation and drainage systems to ensure that konjac can get enough water during its growth process, while avoiding diseases caused by stagnant water. We also adopt a reasonable crop rotation system to avoid continuous cropping with yam and solanaceous crops to reduce the harm of diseases and pests.

Variety selection
Our planting base has selected konjac varieties with strong adaptability, high yield, high quality and strong disease resistance. These varieties are not only suitable for local climate and soil conditions, but also meet the market demand for different maturity periods.

Soil preparation
The soil of the planting base has been deeply plowed and raked to increase soil permeability, which is conducive to the growth of konjac roots. At the same time, we applied fully decomposed organic fertilizer as base fertilizer, and applied nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer to meet the nutrient needs of konjac growth.

Field management
In terms of field management, we regularly carry out inter-row cultivation and weeding to keep the soil loose, which is conducive to the growth of konjac roots. At the same time, we apply fertilizer in time according to the growth stage of konjac, and irrigation and drainage are also done very well to ensure that konjac grows in a suitable environment.

Pest and disease control
We use biological pesticides and highly effective and low-toxic chemical pesticides to control pests and diseases to ensure the healthy growth of konjac.

Our konjac food production factory is equipped with advanced production lines and testing equipment, and has undergone strict control from raw material selection to finished product packaging. We focus on the selection of raw materials and the control of the processing process. Each selected konjac is strictly screened to ensure that it is free of impurities and pollution.
The factory has special konjac primary processing, deep processing, packaging and quality inspection workshops to ensure that each process meets food safety standards and ensures that the nutritional content and taste of konjac products are perfectly preserved. Now, we have 6 automatic production lines to produce keto konjac rice and keto noodles shirataki. And we have 12 automatic production lines with advanced equipments for Konjac dry rice, able to respond quickly to customer delivery requirements
