Konjac Shuang is made from konjac flour, resulting in chewy and crispy strips or slices that resemble tripe. While it imitates the distinct texture and flavor of tripe, it contains no animal products, making it a perfect choice for vegetarians. We use the best quality of konjac as raw materials to make our delicious gluten-free konjac shuang. We soak it and change the water for three times, frozen it at -25 degrees for several hours, and steamed at 90 degrees. In order to make the Snack taste crisp and better, we use rapid freezing and steaming to change the molecular structure of the konjac itself.
