3.Mixing:

4.Extrusion Molding:

5.Konjac rice baking and dehydration:

Bake and dehydrate the konjac rice for the first time, the temperature is set at 35 degrees for initial drying. Then the second baking and dehydration, the temperature is set at 50-100 degrees to further remove moisture and achieve the required dryness.

 

6.Packaging and labelling:

Pack the konjac rice after it's totally cooled according to the order requirements, the weight of each package should be in accordance with the specifications, with an error of no more than ±1.5g. Print and paste correct and clear information labels, including product information, production date, shelf life, etc. Perform bagging and sealing operations to ensure that the packaging is well sealed.

 

7.Finished product inspection and storage:
